After you configure 00:01:10 restart, time is too short error

Time period is too short.
After the recommended configuration 00:02:01 reboot, both
it represents restart two WLC. (Likely after the restart AP has been upgraded to a new image, but still WLC or the previous image, this time to knock the following command to reboot the WLC.)
(Cisco Controller) >reset system both in 00:02:01 image swap reset-aps save-config
