Absolute and relative paths path

  • Absolute path: from the root directory (/) began to write the name of the file or directory name, for example /home/suny/.bashrc;
  • Relative path: the path relative to the current wording of the file name. E.g. ./home/suny or ... / ... / home / suny / like. Not start / writing belong relative path;
