Boostnote 0.15.1 release, cross-platform Markdown editor

Boostnote 0.15.1 has been released. Boostnote is a Markdown editor, can be used for Mac, Windows, Linux, Android and iOS platforms. 

0.15.1 updated version are: 

• The RTL optional
• Repair sidebar scroll
• Repair sidebar tooltip error
• Use: tag: #tag syntax to add a tag link processing
• Bump EPDs (lodash.template 和 url-parse)
