Map function

Charles's Map feature points and Map Local Map Remote two types the name suggests, is specified Map Remote network request URL request is redirected to another address, Map Local is specified network requests are redirected to a local file.

In Charles' menu, select "Tools" -> "Map Remote" or "Map Local" to enter the settings page corresponding functions.

For Map Remote function, we need to fill are the source and destination addresses of the network redirector, the conditions need not be limited to, and can be left blank. The following figure is an example, I to redirect all ytk1.yuanku.ws (test server) a request to www.yuantiku.com (online server).

For Map Local function, we need to fill redirect local source address and destination file. For some complex network request result, we can first use Charles

Provided "Save Response ..." function, the results are saved to a local request (shown below), then slightly modified, as our target map file.

 

 The figure below is an example, I will request a specific network mapped to a local file modified by Map Local function.
