ZCC6501 is a monolithic oscillator / power drive, designed for small applications isolation interface isolated power supply design . It drives a primary side of a low profile or 5 volts from 3.3 volt DC power supply center-tapped transformer. The transformer secondary winding turns ratio can provide any isolation voltage.
ZCC6501 consists of a oscillator and a gate driving circuit, a gate driving circuit provides a complementary output signal to drive the ground reference N-channel power switch. Internal logic to ensure that before disconnection between the two switches operation.
