vultr server can not be set 6 password prompt:
BAD PASSWORD: it does not contain enough DIFFERENT characters
But Ali cloud server can be set, did not see the search a bit too directly with information about modifying /etc/pam.d/common-password this file,
Not tried it myself, simply directly copied Ali cloud configuration, try to resolve again.
