1. Install pr 2019, open interface is as follows, click New Project.
2. Recognizing the panel:

"Time" is the core of the panel, you can edit video in this series
3 sequences : File New --- --- sequence [Ctrl + N] ------ after introduction to the standard sequence matching, may be "scaled frame size" right click on the panel at a time
Different types: HD / SD / Ultra HD is 1080p
4. Export file: Export files ---- ----- media [Ctrl + M], you can set up their own output format, you can also preset
The clip material commonly used methods :
Razor tools: razor Click to reject the left and right borders ---- Select the tool you want to delete part ---- delete keys --- ok;

6. Change the playback speed :
Speed Time Command: Right-click on the timeline that material ---- speed / time command --- change the size, you can also choose to "rewind speed" will rewind

帧定格命令：用剃刀工具截断要定格的那段画面-----要定格几秒，就在当前时刻+几秒处也切开------选中中间这部分，复制（光标还在第二处切的那里）----剪辑--粘贴插入----在复制来的那部分点击鼠标右键----帧定格选项---入点---确定---ok;
帧定格分段：用剃刀工具截断要定格的那段画面-----选中有半部分--右击“添加帧定格分段”---ok
8.视频转场（视频与视频间的过渡）要领：效果---视频过度----好多自己选----选中--拖到素材之间---双击效果可以 设置时间
右键 单击效果就会设置成默认的。
批量添加默认视频转场效果：全选素材-----序列-----应用默认过度到选择项。
