There are three gitlab server, a domestic, a abroad.
We need to migrate the project to a foreign country.

Environment Description
Domestic gitlab version: GitLab Community Edition 10.7.1
Foreign gitlab version: GitLab Community Edition 10.7.1
Migration Project: xxx
Export Project
Log on to the domestic gitlab, click the xxx project, click Settings -> Export Project -> Export Download
After the download is complete, you will get a file 2020-02-19_15-21-337_xxx_export.tar.gz
Import project
Log in foreign gitlab, click the wrench button, click New Project
Click Import Project -> gitlab export
Enter a project name, note: Do not create this project in advance
Select the file, upload
After the import is successful, you can see files
Note: The imported project, the group is the default, you can set the project -> Advanced settings, change group.
