Supplementary: ping 127.0.0.1 is actually ping your computer's local
purpose is to check the machine's circuit is normal, if normal, then the TCP / IP protocol of the machine installed properly. If even this is not normal, then even the TCP / IP protocols are out of the question, it would need from the system level to fix TCP / IP protocol to solve network problems encountered up.
