IDEA plug-in installation of plug-in bar lombok load out

Open Setting -> Appearance & Behavior -> Syetem Setting -> Updates, to remove the check Use secure connection, configured as shown below.

Then close the IDEA, restart, search plugins, can be a normal Internet search.

3, auto-detect proxy seting and automatic proxy check.
