1.使用管理员登录Cloudera Manager，在主页面点击“支持”->“发送诊断包”
2.进入“发送诊断数据”界面，勾选诊断包收集信息
选择要收集的主机、服务及角色
数据选择可以根据大小或者日期范围，根据我们集群故障的时间点来收集更利于后台分析诊断集群问题。
执行“估计”可以计算出诊断包的大小。
3.选择上述收集信息后，点击“收集诊断数据”
收集完成
下载诊断包到本地即可，通过Support后台将诊断包上传。
