Resolve the error report eclipse occurs when the packaged application problems

In the eclipse in android tools Export Singled error reporting occurs when Application Package: android library projects can not be extoprted```

Solution:

To solve issue: Project -> properties, find Android Lint Preferences, in top to right click configure workspace settings... -> unclick "Run full error check when exporting app", apply done.
