Spring Boot 2.2.3 released

Spring Boot 2.2.3 released, from  repo.spring.io  access and Maven Central.

The new version includes dependencies on Spring Framework 5.2.3 upgrade, which includes for CVE-2020-5398 and CVE-2020-5397 fixes.

This new version has two characteristics:

• Avoid 406 error page does not accept 
• When recording Web index, ignoring the trailing slash by default
