After listening oracle starts automatically stop
Scene: Windows environment oracle 11g database used properly and suddenly one day database Rom, examination revealed monitor does not start, then start the listener, with navicat found not connect (before is normal), but it can be connected to a normal command line database
Investigation and the reasons:

Check the configuration file listener.ora and the tnsnames.ora
listener.ora:
the tnsnames.ora
these two files are no problem! ! ! -
Check the monitor log files
listener.log file size exceeds 4G, pay attention to the log file exceeds 4G after listening becomes ineffective, so the need to clean up the file listener.log
solution:
Windows环境下， 把oracle监听关闭，然后删除 listener.log文件 重启监听，数据库恢复正常！
After ## listener.log delete files restart the listener may encounter the following situation:
