IDEA project started very slow Solution

IDEA project suddenly slow start

Cause of the problem: the existence of a process of project debug Java Field Watchpoints breakpoints in my project, the breakpoint is monitoring the log, resulting in project becomes particularly slow start.

Solution:
remove Java you can sit in front of the Field Watchpoints.
