win7 install summarize the problem of SQL Server 2005

SQL Server Setup could not connect to the database service for server configuration. The error was: [Microsoft] [SQL Native Client ] client does not support encryption.

This can lead to SQL Server Database Services installation fails, reinstall does not work.  
Solution:

  install and uninstall programs inside the SQL Native Client uninstall and re-install.
Cause: The
 version of the native client of different causes.
Underlying causes: Microsoft intentionally!

  Direct cause: sqlserver2005 express version of the native client if a system is first installed native client client will cause the problem, but will also cause performance problems can not pass the self-check counter.

   General approach: install, uninstall, install, uninstall ... Other versions of the native client, can not solve.

  The correct way: uninstall native client, before the matter had to install, uninstall, install, uninstall ... Other versions of the native client, enter the system32 directory on your system, delete the "sqlncli.dll, sqlnclir.rll" file. And then install it to the sqlserver2005!

Solution:

Cause Analysis:
