1. Check local pycharm the version number of help -> about
2. Enter the official website: http: //plugins.jetbrains.com, select pycharm and related versions, search ini, cut to the version, download the most recent version of the plug-pycharm
3. pycharm, file - select install Plugin from disk> Plugins, select to download the plugin, click OK, restart pycharm after installation -> setting.
