Find rc.exe on the computer and found in the C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Windows Kits \ 10 \ bin \ 10.0.xxxx.0 \ x86 path.

Approach:
The 32-bit version rc.exe rcdll.dll copied into C: \ Qt \ 5.9.0 \ msvc201X \ bin (if you choose to install the 32-bit compiler 201X)
The 64-bit version rc.exe rcdll.dll copied into C: \ Qt \ 5.9.0 \ msvc201X_64 \ bin (if you choose to install the compiler 64 to 201X)
