对于使用坚果云，我的建议是只存放markdown笔记、思维导图xmind之类的文件，另外不要把资源教程放在坚果云里面，这类文件最好还是使用网盘之类的服务，因为如果不是每天都要接触和使用，也不需要进行改动的文件，其实是没有必要使用云同步功能的。
有些小伙伴可能会问，什么是上传流量？我这里就简单的讲解一下吧。
上传流量就是指你当月实际上传的文件的总大小，比如说你写了一篇1M的文章(牛逼)放在了坚果云文件夹中，那么上传流量就是1M，如果文件上传到坚果云后，你再次修改了那篇文章，此时笔记大小为1.1M，那么这时总共消耗多少流量？请小伙伴们想一想。
总共消耗1.1M，并不是2.1M，正常情况下如果你修改的是同一个文件，已经上传的部分是不会重新计算的。如果你进行了文件目录结构的变更，可能是会发生重复计算流量大小的，所以小伙伴们一定要事先想好目录结构噢，这样可以防止浪费流量。
下载流量，比如说你电脑上没有某个文件或者不是最新的文件，那么坚果云就会到他们的服务器中把你的存放的那个文件下载到你的电脑上，而这下载所消耗的流量就叫做下载流量。

通过双击我的坚果云可以打开文件目录。
以后你就可以把需要同步的文件放在这个文件夹里面，然后一切就OK了。比如我这篇文章就是通过Typora来写的，然后放在markdown文件夹中进行同步的。
如果你是使用的mybase，那么同样可以将mybase生成的数据文件放在我的坚果云文件夹中进行同步。
