Prometheus 2.15.0 release, service monitoring system written in Go

Prometheus 2.15.0 released, Prometheus is a Go open source development language service monitoring systems and time-series database. This version introduces several new features, such as records of other components, Enhancements and Fixes bug, which are designed to improve usability.

Updates are as follows:

• Configuration: Fixed Alert Manager configuration, when a similar configuration will not miss the target  # 6455
• Remote writes: value prometheus_remote_storage_shards_desired ruler shows the original value of the desired slice, and updated correctly  # 6378
• Rules: Prometheus now unable to assess rules and alerts, which results metric label specified in the field of label conflict  # 6469
• API: Targets Metadata API / targets / metadata specification now accepts empty match_targets parameter  # 6303
