2019, Apache RocketMQ open source ecosystem has been further growth and development. Kernel warehouse has released three major versions, the new message track, store multiple copies, ACL, RPC model, IPV6, and other important characteristics, hatched Connect, ecological RocketMQ Operator, Prometheus Exoprter, CPP SDK , Golang SDK and other 20+ project. Meanwhile in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Suzhou, Xi'an, Dalian (chips), Changsha (chips) and other places have established urban community, involve more developers and users, currently RocketMQ worldwide community contributed 300 + By. Apache RocketMQ also recently won the 2019 China's most popular open source software .
Every community development and open source contributors are closely related. In recognition of outstanding contributors to the community, while encouraging more open source enthusiasts to participate Apache RocketMQ project, Apache RocketMQ China plans to launch outstanding community contributor contest. The event intends to outstanding contributors, excellent preacher, the best innovative projects and best application case four categories contributor and team reward. Where the first two categories for individuals, the latter two for the team.
The event is organized by Alibaba, geeks time, knocking the small wolf, Open Source China Open Source community, Gitee community co-sponsored with the Nuggets.

- Outstanding Contributors : mainly for developers who have made outstanding contributions in Apache RocketMQ project, a module may be RocketMQ leader or core contributors.
- Excellent preacher : preacher aimed to promote the Apache RocketMQ project, made outstanding contributions to the spread may be RocketMQ Sharon speaker, author RocketMQ books, authors RocketMQ technology column, RocketMQ training teachers and so on.

候选人及团队
候选人及候选团队的产生有社区提名和自主报名两种渠道，社区PMC可以提名候选人及团队。本次活动也设置自主报名通道，个人或者团队可以自助报名，有评委会进行审核和筛选。

- A 优秀贡献者：要求是Apache RocketMQ的Contributor
- B 优秀布道师：满足下列条件的一个即可报名
- 在RocketMQ的Meetup做过分享的演讲者
- 出版过RocketMQ书籍的作者
- RocketMQ社区源码直播的分享者
- 写过3篇及以上的RocketMQ技术文章或者阅读量累计在1000+
- 讲授过RocketMQ技术的老师
- 其他知名技术大会或论坛分享过RocketMQ技术的演讲者
- C 优秀社区项目：参与过目前社区项目的开发团队。
- D 优秀应用案例：将Apache RocketMQ应用到企业线上的技术团队。
2 其他要求
- A、B和C、D类奖项分别最多只能申报一个
- 团队奖项，申报人数不得超过3人

评选方式
评选采取投票的形式，投票入口在RocketMQ官微公众号，由支持者为候选人投票（每人1票），每类奖项得票最多的前三名为获奖个人或者团队。
