NetBackup for NDMP is an optional NetBackup application. It allows the use of network NetBackup
Network Data Management Protocol (NDMP) initiate and control a network attached storage (NAS) system backup and restore.
Two, NetBackup for NDMP term
The following describes the terms of NetBackup for NDMP.
1.DAR (Direct Access Recovery)
DAR is an optional feature and tape NDMP data services, wherein the recovery operation can only access the relevant part of the secondary medium.
