After downloading make the following five files, all unlocked (open property right)
- Memento.OLW.Plugins.dll
- OLWPlugins.css
- OpenLiveWriter.Api.dll
- Wilco.SyntaxHighlighter.dll
- DeployDLL.bat
Then these five files copied directly to the Open Live Writer Plugins directory
