Question: webview cache index.html page; the browser cache sub-pages.
Solution: Web Link Add timestamp.

First: Avoid webView cache]
in service.vue, the url back to add a timestamp

Second: Avoid browser cache
in the index.html page, do not need to all js use of a cache tag timestamp (modified href attribute with a tag js)
