Intellij IDEA shortcuts conflict
[Problem Description]:
ctr + alt + arrow key shortcuts conflict with the system, shortcut keys, the screen orientation changes.
[Solution]:
ctr + alt + F12 to call out Intel's Control Panel, and then disable quick key button.
