For the first time and start using the application:
The first time you launch the application, a blank screen will appear, asking you to click the "+" button to add the file to download.
Click on the top right corner of the application window "+" button, you will see the following options.
Add Direct Download URL:
If you have a direct URL to download the file, select this option and then displays the following menu:
Above menu has the following functions:
1) Download URL: Insert the URL of the page you want to download the project.
2) to download: This allows you to specify the URL of the selected file is downloaded to the directory you want your application. By default, this is the Mac's "Downloads" folder. Click Browse to open the Finder, then select the file you want to download the catalog.
3) File name: You can name / edit the file name for the file will be downloaded here.
4) Total segments: This allows you to download into multiple parts. Generally, the more the number of segments, the more you can maximize your bandwidth, which can be downloaded faster. By default, it is divided into five parts.
5) start immediately and need to verify: If you want to immediately begin downloading and whether you want to verify their system requirements, please turn on / off switches, respectively. If you want to download the file by authentication (ie password) protection, you can enter these details before you start downloading.
6) to start the download at the following location: If the "Start Now" option is not selected, you can schedule downloads to start at a specific date and time of your choice.
Click the "Add" button to start the multi-segment download.
You will then enter the "Download Manager" screen, you can view active and completed downloads in them. By clicking the download progress bar on the right side of the small round pause / resume icon, you may need to pause / resume these downloads. Download activity on the screen will appear as follows, in which the decomposition of the progress bar columns represent each segment downloaded. 
Upon completion, it will show you the average download speed and the time it takes to witness. You can click the magnifying glass icon next to the downloaded file to navigate to the file in the Finder.
You will also notice the top right corner appears a pop-up notification, indicating that the download is complete, as follows:

偏好设置：
打开应用程序窗口时，按Cmd +，（命令和逗号），或者按一下应用程序窗口右下角的齿轮图标以打开“偏好设置”菜单。
“首选项”面板允许您自定义许多选项。
行为： 在此菜单下，您可以控制默认情况下文件的下载位置，以及清除已完成/失败下载列表的功能。如果没有文件扩展名或文件扩展名不正确，您也可以自动调整文件扩展名。
通知： 您将能够打开/关闭弹出式通知，控制它们的显示时间和方式以及编辑通知声音。
