Change the default version of windows ruby

This operation is relatively simple, is to adjust the order windows environment variable Path child.

The principle is: cmd in the Run command to search the current directory, then the order to search the directory environment variable inside.

So, if we do not want to modify environment variables, but want to run a version, then cd to the specified version of Ruby / bin directory and execute the command.
