Hereby I checked two server cpu configuration, (# lscpu)
I presumed that the logical cpu too much due to migration -intensive process, the user is from the oracle level limit cpu number of used and see if the system load down.
migration : Each processor should check a migration kernel thread, the main role is as the corresponding CPU migration process core, used to perform the migration process .
