docker build some of the problems encountered

Cannot connect to the Docker daemon at unix:///var/run/docker.sock. Is the docker daemon running?

 

 /Etc/docker/daemon.json content of which was to, the following:

 

 Then restart docker: systemctl start docker

 

Finally build is executed in the working directory.
