solutions are as follows:
1. Check the hive-site.xml configuration, see the configuration values contain "system: java.io.tmpdir" configuration item
2. Create a new folder /usr/local/java/hadoop/hive-1.2.2/tmp
3. containing "system: java.io. tmpdir "the value of configuration items modified to address above
to start hive, success!
