Google Chrome using the XPS Print API on the Windows print

Google deciding on Windows, use the XPS Print API instead of GDI Print API for printing in Chromium. Because the company believes that the former "can improve performance and reduce print dialogue process in Chromium." Canary Chromium team has added a new tag to enable XPS Printing support in Chrome browser.

Chrome can make use of the conditions XPS Printing API on Windows:

1. Make sure you are using the latest Chrome Canary version 80.0.3975.0 or later

2. Visit chrome: // flags / # use-xps-for-printing, select "Enable" and restart the browser.
