When we installed the Vistual studio, sometimes you find smart tips VS display help information is not Chinese, or not at all intelligent message.
Figure: When I mouse over the GetType () method does not display a message, or sometimes displayed in English instead of Chinese.
Solution is as follows:
1. First, find the reference position System.dll
.
2. System.dll came directory under a new file folder named zh-CN
3. After coming to C: \ Program Files (x86) \ under Reference Assemblies \ Microsoft \ Framework \ .NETFramework this path
4. Find high version of the folder, such as v4.6, v4.6.2, etc., went to find zh-Hans folder
5. Copy the folder zh-Hans all files to the following third step the new folder zh-CN
6. Restart Vistual Studio, you can see the Chinese intelligence suggests.
