Solution:

1, Win + R, to open the run command, input gpedit.msc, shown in FIG.

2. Turn the computer on the Local Group Policy Editor: Computer Configuration -windows select Settings - Security Settings - Local Policies - Security Options. On the right find the "User Account Control: Run all administrators in Admin Approval Mode" and double click to open, as shown in Figure

3, click to open is set to "Disabled" ,, click "application", "OK" shown in FIG.

4, restart the computer, the above problem will not occur again.
