win10 users get the highest authority

1. Go to Computer Management (Desktop - "Computer icon -" Right-click - "Management)

2. Local Users and Groups - "users  click to enter

3. Select and right [] user is currently using, click Properties

4. [under] elected to click the "Add", enter the "System Managed Accounts Group" in (input object names) block, and then click the "Name Check"

5. Click OK again to restart to take effect
