1 run after installation vscode, press Ctrl + Shift + P Open a command palette, and then start typing "display" to filter and display the Configure Display Language command.
2 Select Configure Display Language, press the Enter key opens locale.json file, its default value of the language currently used for the "en". The "en" to "zh-CN", and then save locale.json ctrl + S VS Code and restart to use the new display language.
