Kinto 13.6.0 release, lightweight JSON storage services

Kinto JSON is a lightweight storage service, synchronization and sharing support functions, is easy to use and self-hosted. Kinto 13.6.0 reads as follows:

New features:

• Add Content-Security-Policy response headers and report URI

Internal changes:

• Using package-lock file management package Kinto
• Import formatted using isort
• Kinto-admin upgrade to v1.25.2
