problem
From 2019-10-23 on, I continue to restart the AWS instance (probably about 6 hours), or not connected (not on the remote connection and nowhere PING IP), but the console display running.
Analysis and Solutions
By looking at the dump file and found a variety of PV Drivers error. So the next question is how to update the PV Dirvers. I guess the problem is mainly targeted at Citrix Tools for Virtual machines old instance, a new instance (AWS PV Drivers) do not have this problem.

Important: be sure to back up, be sure to back up, be sure to back, and create a snapshot of AMI. If the network drive upgrade is not successful, this instance will not be accessible.
PS: on customer service, good customer service or Ali cloud :) AWS customer service make me despair
