As happens when maven package today:
Solution:
(1) Figure Click: [File] - [Settings]
(2) in a hierarchy, opening the interface [Maven]
(3) cancel the first check, and then click [Apply] - [OK]
(4) re-packaged maven, indicating success, the problem is resolved.
