Local project idea to upload code to the cloud

Second, copy the remote address
Third, create a local project
Fourth, select the directory initialize git
Fifth, add items to the buffer and submitted to the local Loft
Sixth, the project submitted
Seven, fill in the remote address

Note: The first submission will fail.
