When installing owncloud can not be written "config" directory!
Solution
In the pagoda panel, find owncloud root directory, click on the "right" to set permissions
The permission set 777, to subdirectories tick (see below)
Owncloud again determined to enter the home page, there was a new problem, change the permissions to 0770, in order to avoid other users to view directory
Solution
Owncloud into the directory, locate the data folder, click on the "rights", set permissions
Public under the hook all removed, the owner is www to solve the problem (as shown below)
