The good backup extract the files and upload to the new space. The archive can be directly uploaded to the new space, and then use the space decompression function (space now will have this feature).
Restore site files, plug-ins and website is the annex, there is your modified Wordpress related documents.
2 database restore
The new data into the database backup space; and a backup method of introducing the corresponding database, the method is three.
A. To Wordpress backend: Tools - Import - select Wordpress installation, select Xml exported file, you can import.
