Idea is set in two ways to access the local picture by a local Tomcat

1, in the tomcat deploy path to a local file storage, the name service is the name of the local folder.

As I uploaded images in the following location: D: \ local \ file \ uploads

Access path configured as follows:

 

 

2, in the first option in the Server Check the following options

 

 

 Once configured two ways to restart the service.
