Tinker 1.9.14.3 release, micro-channel open-source framework Android Hot Fix

Tinker 1.9.14.3 released. Tinker is Tencent open-source Android thermal solutions library that supports dex, library and resources are updated without re-install the apk.

Updates are as follows:

1. Repair TinkerApplicationInlineFence class is not automatically to keep the bug main dex.
2. Improve crash protection BindService priority logic occasional patch process at the time of unbind.
3. Four byte alignment patch in dex, to avoid problems of loading mmap amplified.
4. Use PathClassLoader trigger dex2oat after synthesis patch, patch to avoid losing support jit cause performance problems. (Thanks for Huawei's recommendation)
5. Maindex keep modifying rules, introduced to avoid excessive dex main classes.
