My first essay - a small target set

      In tests it has been doing business over seven years, from an IT recruits into a career Oil Stick, met a lot of large and small pits, and not on the accumulated experience, few people now manage a small team, feeling recently special little improvement, so here set a small goal, finishing two a week to write blog, about the experience of their own system of work for so many years!
