New technology and old technology

There are two projects

1. 项目 Fashion Mainstream technology React
2. 项目 Out Using old technology ExtJS years ago

Favorite team appeared in 项目 Fashion, conflict 项目 Outsituations.
This happens, one important factor is the insecurity, fear of loss of competitiveness.

A very difficult business to be in a lifetime, has been using old technology, the future will be a problem to find a job.

To address this issue, interspersed with team members in both projects can be mitigated.

Doing so can ease the sense of insecurity, but can not make people have a passion to do 项目 Out.

I started thinking about how to make everyone have to 项目 Outstay motivated, but later found that the problem is not in 项目 Outon.
