[Bug] react in the development, use the link to jump, you can not click to jump issue

 

I was using a <link> </ link> to adjust, and can not be adjusted after the click, which is in fact the cause of the problem layout,   
then head to the set position, fixed at the top, using a div to wrap, to the height to 100%, if 100% is set, it will inherit 100% of the height of the parent, click the following when traversing the data is actually clicks on the div. 
Solution:
