Tomcat can not start the problem

Tomcat can not start looking for online method is usually not configured JAVA_HOME, but if you have configured, or not start, most likely a low version of tomcat can not find a higher version of jdk.

The original use of jdk12, tomcat7 not start after changing the tomcat9 normal startup, the system win10.

Now I found a version of the problem, if not please correct me. Thank you
