1. First of all SVN server installed on your computer, or elsewhere have a SVN server installation, configuration, and because this will develop location to store your project files as a warehouse.
2. Open the SVN server, you can see the directory distribution is Repositories, Users, Groups, Jobs, meaning the first directory is the name of the directory of your project, the second is user management, is the third group, the fourth a task may be, this is useless to before.
3. Click Dir a directory, which is Repositories, right can choose to create a new directory, then generally the default option in the first bullet out of the box, and then click Next.
4. Then enter your project name, confirmed the good click Next. Out of the directory structure and then can choose to install the selected second (initial repository structure), the structure comprising comprising represents branched trunk, beanches, tags, etc., and click Next.
5. After you have successfully created on the SVN server to a new directory, in the list there will be Repositories in your file name, and then right-Copy URL to Clipboard to copy the address of the file directory on the server.
6. If you need to import your local project, then find your project folder, right TortoiseSVN, import, and then copy the URL before the project went on the line
