I personally step on the pit, the solution is to directly select "Use Windows built-in account (L)" option after installation is OK, the methods available online:
1. registry completely remove the Oracle-related files, I also reported here after deleting "specified oracle user's home directory already exists" error;
2.lusrmgr.msc command to delete a user, the user can not find my win10 system, the method I have here does not work;
