mysql run can not find MSVCP140.dll

Solution:

1. Install vc ++ runtime library

1.1下载Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Update 3

Click 1.2 exefiles are installed

2. Install the missing dll file

2.1 download dll file download client DLL-files.com

2.2 search for the missing dll file selection and installation
